EXTIRPACION DE BOLAS DE BICHAT

Las bolas de Bichat son unas bolsas de grasa que se encuentran en las mejillas. La finalidad de su extracción es afinar el rostro, dándole proyección a los pómulos, consiguiendo un rostro más definido y anguloso. La bichectomía, se busca mejorar los rasgos faciales, creando la ilusión óptica de tener la cara un poco más delgada y alargada, mejorando así la armonía facial y el aspecto estético. En la cirugía de bichectomía se hace una incisión por dentro de la boca, se buscan las bolsas grasas malares (bolsas de bichat) y se retiran suavemente. Es un procedimiento seguro y definitivo.

Se recomienda dormir con la cabeza elevada. El cirujano puede recomendar una dieta de alimentos líquidos y no ácidos para los primeros días de recuperación. Además, puede indicar un enjuague bucal antiséptico que debe ser realizado varias veces al día.
